Our Mission
Head chef, Doug Gaunt, is passionate about celebrating local, seasonal and sustainable produce, and is renowned for his ‘Wittering twist’ on classic and favourite dishes. He takes inspiration from the changing seasons and surrounding flora and fauna in his menu designs. WE source OUR ingredients from LOCAL foragers, growers, fishermen, producers and suppliers who share OUR high standards and values.
